COMPLIMENTARY, CABINETRY AND NON-CABINETRY DESIGN
CONSULTATION AT OUR SHOWROOM
- Discuss client expectations, needs & wants through review of MDC design questionnaire
- View cabinetry lines’ doors / finishes / interior options
- Discuss budget / allowances
During consultation you receive …
- Welcome Bag with exclusive home products
- Literature on cabinetry & non-cabinetry products
- Design Idea book to organize ‘tear-outs’ from design magazines
JOBSITE MEASURING & EVALUATION APPOINTMENT
- Preliminary measurement of space by Design Specialist
- Non-Cabinetry designer does preliminary evaluation of space – including photographing of spaces needing non-cabinetry selections and the taking of preliminary measurements
CONCEPT PREVIEW APPOINTMENT
- Designer(s) present concept elevations and pricing schemes to client
- Client expresses likes & dislikes – including budget overages or shortfalls
FINAL DESIGN APPOINTMENT
- Designer(s) present any revised elevations and/or pricing schemes to client
- Client signs Purchase Agreement and Product Selections Packet
FINAL FIELD MEASUREMENT & CONTRACTOR
CONSULTATION AT JOBSITE
- Designer(s) does final measurement of space and ‘marking’ of the floors & walls
- Designer(s) meet with Contractor and/or Carpenter to review elevations and markings
- Order is submitted to manufacturer
- Contractor and Client are given delivery week
DELIVERY DAY
- Contractor is given specific day and time of delivery
- Designer(s) is at delivery to check all products are what was ordered and inspects for damage
- Client receives ‘cleaning’ bucket with products and care instructions
3-MONTH FOLLOW-UP
- Client and Contractor are contacted to make sure there are no questions or concerns on any products sold to them by MDC
- Client and Contractor are given Customer Satisfaction Survey
6-MONTH FOLLOW-UP
- Client and Contractor are contacted to make sure there are no questions or concerns on any products sold to them by MDC
- Client is contacted to make an appointment for MDC’s photographer to take photos of the space(s) where MDC has provided product and design services.
1 YEAR FOLLOW-UP
- Client is contacted to make sure there are no questions or concerns on any products sold to them by MDC
